  • Pinned methodology versioningEach dataset ships a versioned methodology. A figure you cite this quarter replays the same way next quarter; when the method changes, the version changes with it.
  • Monthly refreshFederal sources are re-pulled monthly. Changes are dated and logged in place — never silently overwritten — so you can trace what moved and when.

Enterprise-tier protections

Fonteum serves only public federal data — no PHI, no BAA required on the data side. The protections below are about your firm's query footprint.

  • Isolated instanceYour query traffic runs in a dedicated environment — not co-mingled with other tenants. What your team looks up stays within your instance.
  • Non-logged queriesLookups against public federal data are not retained in shared access logs. Your usage pattern — which providers you query, how often, in what sequence — is your own.
  • Dedicated throughput, signed SLAA contractual throughput commitment means your production traffic is not throttled by shared-tier demand spikes.
  • Procurement-ready attestationsEd25519-chained snapshot digests and signed audit-trail exports are ready to drop into vendor-review packages. The data is all public federal data — no PHI, no BAA required on the data side.
